Sahaba Care

Handover isn’t goodbye.

You own the system. That doesn’t mean you should be alone with it.

Care is two things. The first is a community — somewhere to bring the questions that come up after we leave. How do I do this. Is this safe to paste. What’s changed since we trained. What would you use here. You can ask us, and you can ask other Sahaba clients running the same kinds of systems, which is often faster and always more honest.

The second is a direct line for when something actually breaks. Find a bug or a problem in the system we built for you, and you come straight to us — not to a ticket queue, not to a stranger opening your code for the first time. We built it, so we already know how it works, and we fix it fast.

Care is optional. Your system is yours and it’s fully documented, so you can maintain it in-house or hand it to anyone you like. Care is for the people who’d rather have us a message away.

How it works

  1. You join at handover

When you can see exactly what you own and what it depends on.

  2. Ask anything, any time

Bring questions and small requirements to the community. Us and other Sahaba clients, in one place.

  3. Something breaks

Come straight to us. Report it directly. No queue, no re-explaining your system to someone new.

  4. We fix it fast

Because we built it and we still have the context.

What you get

  • Access to the Sahaba community
  • Answers to questions and quick requirements after handover
  • A direct support line for bugs and problems in your system
  • Fast fixes from the team that built it — no ticket queue, no handover to a stranger

Still to confirm: the price, where the community lives, and where a bug fix ends and a new requirement begins.
